FAQ
The questions every founder asks first.
Have you actually done this at scale?
Yes, with our own money first. K2R2 runs creator reels for HealthyHey at 110–120 million organic views a month and THE MEN THING at 50–70 million, with zero boosting. The same creator network, contracts and tracking now run for client brands.
What counts as a view?
Instagram's own Views metric on reels our team has registered for your campaign. Not reach, not impressions. Whatever Instagram Insights shows at month-end is the number you're billed on, and the screenshot is attached to your statement.
What happens if a reel goes viral?
Your wallet drains faster, then pauses at zero. We message you the same day with the numbers; you top up at the lower extra-view rate if you want to keep riding it. If you don't, your bill for the month doesn't change.
Do you boost reels or run ads?
No. We never boost, and our creator contracts prohibit creators from boosting. Every view is organic reach on a real creator's account. If a reel carries a "Sponsored" tag, it doesn't get billed.
How many reels will I get?
We commit to a minimum number of creators per package and a cap on how much any single reel can count, not a reel count. Typically 8 to 20 creator reels a month depending on package and category. You're buying views and engagement; reels are how we get there.
Can I see what's happening during the month?
Yes. You get a read-only portal with your wallet balance, every tracked reel, live views and engagement, and downloadable monthly statements. Plus a weekly WhatsApp update from your account manager.
What's not included in the retainer?
Product seeding and shipping to creators, and usage rights if you want to run creator content as paid ads on your own account. Both are quoted separately.
