K2R2 Brands Private Limited uses the information you choose to share to respond to enquiries, prepare campaign recommendations and operate this website.

Lead and campaign brief information

When you submit the creator-plan form, we collect your name, work email, brand, campaign goal, budget range and optional WhatsApp number. If you complete a campaign brief, we also collect the brand, audience, creative, deliverable, usage-rights, budget and operational details you choose to share. Submissions are stored securely and emailed to the K2R2 team so we can prepare and discuss your campaign. We do not sell this information.

Dashboard access

Approved K2R2 team members and approved clients may receive one-time login codes by email. Client dashboard access is activated by the K2R2 team and linked to the client’s approved email address. We store access permissions, hashed one-time codes, session records and limited security information such as login time, browser details and approximate country so we can protect each workspace and keep client records separated.

Billing and invoice records

When K2R2 prepares an invoice, we may store the client’s legal name, billing address, state, GSTIN (where applicable), invoice email, package commitments, tax amounts, payment terms, payment status and the recorded payment date. Issued invoices and their email and payment audit records are retained for client service, accounting, tax and legal record-keeping. The client dashboard shows only invoices linked to that client workspace.

Contracts and Leegality eSign

When K2R2 prepares a contract, we store its locked version, document hash, client and campaign details, authorised signatory information, Leegality document reference and signing status history. Leegality manages the eSign journey, signer authentication, completed signed PDF and secure audit trail under its own terms and privacy practices. The K2R2 portal records authenticated access and provider status events for security, client service and legal records; it does not ask for Aadhaar details.

Optional analytics

If you select “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may collect information about pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device and browser characteristics, and approximate location. This helps us understand which content is useful and where visitors encounter friction. Analytics stays off when you select “Not now”.

Retention and requests

We retain enquiry data only as long as needed for business follow-up, record keeping and legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, email info@k2r2brands.com.

Service providers

The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and security and Leegality for contract eSign and execution records. With your permission, it uses Google Analytics for aggregate website measurement and Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session insights. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
